About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Arrived at A&E 2.30 fri afternoon with a very shaky and sore mother-in-law, she had fallen and hurt her wrist. Reception staff we're amazing they immediately checked us in rather than made us wait as they could tell it was disfigured and very serious.. Was seen by nurse and given pain relief within 10 mins..was xrayed and plastered by friendly caring staff and out by 4.30. Superfriendly, superfast and mostly supercaring.
