"These comments do not appear in ..."

What could be improved? These comments do not appear in chronological order according to when the patient was treated. Consequently if someone has a burning grudge it could take them many months to post a comment (eg some of the comments on this site were posted many months after treatment was given). This makes it almost impossible to track-back to find out which staff were involved, to question them and to make improvements - or even to check if the comments are factual rather than malicious. It encourages the grumblers and not the satisfied majority.
