"Very rude employees"

Called hospital from Cyprus as my family member has been admitted and taken to surgery I was appalled by the way they spoke to me over the phone very rude and abrupt, when all I wanted to know how my family member was. Knowing I was born in that country and they can't even speak in an appropriate manner disgusts me .
