I attended my usual appointment today and was not looking forward to the usual proding of my eyeballs however todays appointment was made to be a pleasure from start to finish the nursing staff were attentive friendly and very caring however a special thankyou should be passed on regarding the consultant, she was brilliant. I was dreading seeing the chap I had the last time as he seemed impatient with me blinking when my eyes were being prodded however the consultant today was fab and so cheerful too despite being very busy took the time to explain everything. Everyone in the waiting area commented on her lovely manner, she was infectious, in a good way lol. Please pass on my compliment to her and the lovely nursing staff
