"Very pleasant experience!"

Today, I had a colonoscopy at the Lady Sobell Unit. I was very nervous and scared and also was not feeling too well. Everyone - from the parking attendant to the receptionist and nurses and doctor - was very nice, patient, and polite! Although we were a bit early, and we had been told by the receptionist that they were behind schedule, my procedure almost started on time ! The toilet was very clean, the waiting area very comfortable. The nurses were so nice and understanding! The procedure itself only took 13 minutes and I was able to see everything. I even got a very nice coffee acd chocolate chip biscuits, which I had not expected, even sandwiches were available. Overall, I am very happy ( and relieved, of course). I definitively recommend the GI unit and I would also go there again for any future procedures. PS. I was impressed that the hospital managed to only have female patients today. Very thoughtful!
