"blood tests"

Hi while I have nothing but praise for nearly all departments i need to visit, there is one area that does need to be addressed and that is the area for waiting for blood tests. I understand that a lot of GP,s now send people to hospitals for routine blood tests which is putting a extra strain on already busy hospitals, but the waiting area either needs to be increased or a sign put up to say only people waiting for a blood test can occupy the limited seats as I am on crutches at the moment and had to wait nearly one hour standing up and to my disgusted found that one person took up six seats with friends or relatives, and three more took up three seats each with the same either friends or relatives and this is not the first time this has happened . You can not put this down to the staff as they are stuck in the room taking blood tests.I know Solihull hospital have addressed this problem and before they moved blood tests to a area were there were more room for seats quite often the came out and asked that the waiting area is only for patients waiting for blood tests and could friends give up there seats for people waiting for blood tests.
