"great service when my 5 year old had her tonsils..."

When I came in with my 5 year old on the 3rd September 2014 I was blown away with the hospitality we received. I was provided with all the information needed with regards to her operation. The anethatist and surgeon were amazing, an a big thank you to a particular member of staff who works in A&E but was helping in wagtail ward that say. He was super amazing with my daughter which put me at was. All the play team staff and nurses were amazing too, just one downfall was my daughter never received her mermaid certificate for bring brave. Otherwise 5 star treatment was received. Thank you wagtail staff
