"My sister"

After having an accident in Skegness on the 1 st of September 2014 ,my 84year old sister was taken to the Pilgrim due to Skegness being full. I rang the hospital a few times to see how she was doing,after about 3 1/2 hours I was rung to tell me she was ready to be discharged. I did not see the hospital as my brother and his wife went to pick her up as we live near Kings Lynn. The people answering the phone were very polite and helpful and my sister had a thorough check up before she was discharged. Thank you for taking such good care of my sister.
