"Children's ward"

About: New Cross Hospital

My 18 months old baby had to be admitted in the hospital due to infection in her arm. The whole staff including the nurses, doctors and even the dinner lady was very helpful and pleasant. The doctors made sure that I was involved in all the decisions that were taken regarding my baby's treatment and kept me we'll informed all throughout the 5 days that we were there. The nurses were extremely helpful and very tolerant towards my family (who sometimes were not very considerate of the visiting times). The indoor Nd outdoor play area is totally awesome and my baby was never bored there. The doctors and nurses were very proactive and made sure in fully satisfied and comfortable about my baby's condition before she was discharged,
