"A new sense of purpose"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am very happy with the treatment I received as it gave me a sense of purpose and made me think how I was reacting to events. It gave me time to evaluate myself and gave a way forwards.

At all times my therapist was helpful and caring and never made me feel as though I was irrational in my thoughts. The service was efficient and I have benefited from it. Thank you.
