(as the patient),

Just met Rob in Physio he was so helpful in all the exercises he gave me for my hand and wrist making me more confident to move them, big thank you to him. Rob then recommended me to shoulder clinic where I met Vicky who made the whole class so welcome and was there when help was needed always with a smile, really enjoyed this class. Reception can’t remember the lady’s name she welcomed us every week by first names.

Thank you to the physio team.
