"my severely disabled sons experience"

About: William Harvey Hospital

Admitted in the early hours by ambulance into a packed a&e dept. All staff under enormous pressure to see everyone. We was seen relatively quick considering! the nurses and doctors who dealt with my son were kind, polite, patient and sensitive to my sons needs. All in all a top service provided! Thank You!

Response from Julie Pearce, Chief Nurse + Director of Quality + Operations, East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust

Thank you very much for taking time to provide us with feedback about your son's care. We are very proud of our staff who try to provide person centred care as efficiently as they can often under very difficult circumstances. The volumes of patients attending currently are above expected levels and so we doing our best to avoid the delays to be seen.
