"Neurology Team"

I have spent the last 18 months gradually becoming more dismayed at my treatment with a hospital situated in London. I have an outstanding GP who has spent so much time trying to help me with some health issues. Really and in all honesty as a last resort, and I cannot apologise enough for this, he referred me to Darent Valley Hospital. My expectations were rock bottom, however I cannot speak highly enough of my treatment at darent. I am a retired nurse (Joyce Green Hospital) and have always been an advocate of the NHS and Darent excelled in all areas. My doctor was brilliant, understanding, informative and I was involved in my consultation and most importantly the decision making process. Everything they said they would do, i.e. MRI, physio etc. has been booked within a very short time, and with appointments only a couple of weeks away (they were non urgent). The MS Nurse Specialist was also outstanding, treating me as an equal and although I looked to her for specialist knowledge she understood that I have a degree of knowledge as well. Answered all my texts, thank you. Fantastic team!
