"Felt supported"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as a service user),

I felt supported by a third party who did not know me personally and having feelings of inadequacy and low self esteem, would not judge me but assist me as much as possible.

This was the case, and has helped me to categorise the important things in my life.

I have been compromised further due to changes in my general health, but again feel the help I have been given has helped me adjust and recognise my limitations and make the most of what I am capable of.

I am trying my best not to be judgemental of other people, and most of all learning to ask for help myself.

Dear Under117,

Being able to ask for help can be very difficult. I'm pleased that you have not only been able to ask for help but have found it to be beneficial in being able to adjust to your circumstance and to be able to make the most of your abilities.

Best wishes

Tracey
