"I couldn't have been better looked after anywhere"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

I was feeling very apprehensive when I arrived at the PRH Telford at 07-30. I was soon booked in and soon taken to my cubicle and fed. Everything looked spotless and my details were checked by a very pleasant lady, in fact, every nurse at every stage couldn't have been nicer.

The anaesthetist took time to explain what he would do and answered my questions and put my mind at ease. Also the surgeon who arrived with a broad smile and hand shake made me feel better. I couldn't have been better looked after anywhere. Everyone was so kind but my favourite was the lady who bought me a cup of tea.
