What I liked

Recently, I attended X-ray, very expeditiously, while in considerable sacro-iliac discomfort.

The staff were beyond criticism

What could be improved

There was no provision for rest between Reception and the clinic.

Granted chairs may interfere with cleaning, would it not be possible to provide a wall mounted bench at intervals? It cannot be unknown for a patient to feel faint on the way to and from a clinic.

Thoughts, in reply, would be appreciated.

Anything else?

I was told I had been accepted as a member of the Trust but have heard no more.
