(as the patient),

Back in 2012 I sadly lost my Daughter due to a stillbirth.

I lost all faith in the NHS staff who dealt with me during that pregnancy.

When I finally got pregnant again in 2013, with the help of Dr. Harris, he was my consultant all the way through.

He was a true Gentleman, a fabulous Dr and an absolute credit to the NHS.

He guided me through the good & bad times of my second pregnancy, he came to see me just before & after my section.

I felt at total ease with him.

I'm so grateful to have such a beautiful baby boy to love & cherish & I thank Dr Harris for this completely.

From the bottom of my heart, you were the best.

Thank you so much for your very kind comments which I will ensure are passed to Mr Harris. I am sure he will be delighted that you have taken the time to share your most positive feedback. The Trust is proud of the treatment and care afforded to our patients. However individual praise is not always recognised or acknowledged and we would thank you for taking the opportunity to draw attention to the way Mr Harris works with his patients to ensure the best possible care.

May we also take this opportunity to congratulate you on the birth of your baby boy.
