"nurses and staff very polite but ..."

What I liked

nurses and staff very polite but very lacking in information about the ward/hospital i.e how to raise/lower bebs, where the toilets were,how to call for assistance

What could be improved

just a small leaflet on above

my biggest problem was leaving the hospital,I was NOT given all the prescribed drugs when i left regardless of what the pharmacist has said. I was also prescribed the wrong amount of drugs on one of them.
