"Communication"

About: Royal United Hospital

The visit to A&E on a sunday night was an extremely long wait even though sent by the Doctor from a community Hospital A&E. The nursing staff were excellent. The problem was though the lack of communication and long periods just left. That was very distressing. Also no one gave any indication of time scale that we could expect.
