"The nurse was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and welcoming"

I was new to the area and had to see the nurse at Beckenham Beacon. I also had another appointment to attend after the nurse and didn't want to be late.

When I explained this to the staff the nurse saw me straight away. The nurse, Ruth, was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and welcoming. She took time to see me quickly but was very thorough and professional. She seems like a wonderful nurse and I look forward to seeing her again in the future.
