Informative and relaxing. Jennie was very compassionate and Jennie is a very good listener. I learnt some excellent coping strategies and she referred me to some other organisations to help my recovery.

It's great to here that you have benefited not just from the coping strategies you have learnt through your therapy sessions, but that Jennie has also been able to put you in touch with other organisations that can help your recovery.
