Not particularly helpful. Felt like I was being expected to sort it out for myself which I would obviously do if it were possible. Councillor and I didn't have the best rapport. It was good to get stuff off my chest though.

Thankyou for letting us know about your experience. It sounds like although you found some benefit from having the opportunity to talk about your concerns, the counselling wasn't as helpful as you hoped. It is possible that this was due to the relationship between yourself and your counsellor and that you might benefit from seeing a different therapist.
