About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had excellent care at the Princess Royal Telford.

Mr Perkins was very nice and explained about knee operation could mean if I had it but I am trying other things for it such as brace on each knee.

I will be sent a letter in three months for another appointment.

Much appreciated

Although your referral was processed by the TRAQS team we note that your comments relate to Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust who do not have access to respond to postings on Patient Opinion. As all postings received are anonymous I am unable to pass on your comments to the hospital.

May I suggest that you contact the Patient Advice Liaison Officer (PALS). They will be able to accept your positive comments and pass them on to the departments concerned with your treatment.
