"A tremendous improvement"

My visit started at Northfield Health Centre Thorne. I was referred to DRI Doncaster Dermatology and was delighted to find Northfield Surgery could make appointments on line. I had input into both time and date to suit my schedule. A tremendous improvement over the old system of waiting for the hospital to write to you. Both appointments were made within four weeks. Both hospital appointments were made within 15minutes of the scheduled time. The consultations were both thorough and courteous. All my questions were answered and I was delighted with the service. The only problem encountered was car parking. Luckily (or unluckily) I am disabled so I could use my blue badge. Only one slot was available at each appointment, but it was sufficient.
