"Friendly staff but no explanation for treatment delay"

In January 2009 I attended the Dermatology department at Barnsley District General Hospital to have a cyst removed.

I found the staff there to be good and friendly. I was given a personal greeting at the reception when I was booked in. The clinic was running about ten minutes behind. The solution to my problem was explained by the consulting doctor. I was booked in for further treatment but the appointment has since been delayed and rescheduled but with no real explanation as to why this has happened.
