extremely unproffessional. kept making me appoints and failing to notify me of these appointment times causing me more stress and pain, had to rebook my consultant appointment due their incompetancies. another 3 week delay and 3 more weeks of pain and discomfort!

We are particularly alarmed to hear that this resulted in additional stress and pain for you. As a Trust we are committed to giving the highest quality of care and service to our patients, however, this is not what you describe in your experience and we're sorry for that. We would like to assure you that all comments are taken seriously and acted upon as part of our ongoing commitment to improving people’s experience. We have a dedicated Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) who are always happy to look into individual patient concerns. We would urge you to contact them as soon as possible as they will be able to liaise with Trust staff on your behalf and make enquiries to help resolve your current concern.
