"Re imaging department"

I have had a frozen shoulder " and excruciatingly painful " I have had to Waite months to get an appointment for it to be cancelled due to a room being re furbished. I called to re book and was told they couldn't tell me when I could go just they would contact me this is paitent cruelty im on the verge of a breakdown due to the pain and no one seams to care, I cannot fill in section 4 on the basis that I cant get an appointment however I work at The BSUH so my comments above are accurate
