What I liked
the hospital is new and clean but think it lacks the friendliness on arrival i experienced last time i attended 2 years ago
What could be improved
after checking in at 9-45 am we were left sitting in the reception that rather resembles a station than a hospital never seen so many seats since i went to the theatre last here we sat for nearly 3 hours we were all starving ther were 6 patients in for opps that day we were then seen by a doctor who then sent us to a ward at the far end of the hospital which i think had been forgotten about by the bulldozers the staff were very friendly and could not appologise enough about the wait but couldnt give a reason for it we then sat or most of us lay on the beds till 4 pm when the first one went down for the opp i eventually went down around 6 pm 8 3\4 hours later. one person went home without their opp said wasnt waiting anymore i returned to the ward to be offered a dried corned beef and tomato sandwich having had nothing to eat for 9 1\2 hours all that was left i was told not the staff fault i know but not realy on is it
Anything else?
just like to thank the staff on the little wasd at the back where i stayed very plesent and caring would come back again not too soon though i hope just think management of clinics needs addressing a bit hope it gets better with expansion thanx for everything
