"Exemplary care in A and E!"

My husband was feeling very poorly this morning when we arrived at the County Hospital. From our first contact with the person who took details from us in the waiting area, right the way through to the A and E department, every member of staff including cleaners, breakfast staff as well as excellent nurses and the most exemplary young doctor treated my husband in the most caring and professional way. There is clearly a strong team of dedicated professionals who are well-trained and have excellent communication skills in the A and E department. We were left with the greatest respect for every one we met and left with a desire to say thank you to these wonderful people. We felt very reassured; our visit ended with the correct medications and advice from the pharmacy on the first floor. Thank you, doctor, your skills will take you far!
