I went to Hammersmith Hopsital for a second opinion as my first opinion doctors had given up hope and adopted a wait and see approach to my pancreatic tumour . Although I was treated on the private wing so only can comment on that, the treatment I received was by far much better than others I had experienced. Essentially the doctors and staff were experienced in dealing with my condition and hence adopted much more catered ways of testing and treating. Those with issues surrounding insulin and low blood sugar levels will understand the unique handling of such matters. The doctor and her team never gave up and because of that I have my life back!
