"Improvements needed on contact details with te web..."

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital

The actual cataract procedure went well but they had written down the wrong eye on the form. After five weeks I am still waiting for an appointment for my checkup. The web sight is too complicated for a lot of people especially when you just need the telephone number for eye clinic appointments. It doesn't give the times they are open for calls either. The emergency eye clinic is very good. I was also admitted into A&E in March with pneumonia and the care I received was excellent.
