Extremely rude, none existent service. Went in to see somebody regarding deafness in both ears 4.30 pm. Was told that I would not been seen by a very curt and rude receptionist. Was told they only had somebody there once a week to see A&e patients, why does the website state an open service upto 9.30pm everyday barring Sundays?!. Was dismissed without any help or care very rudely sent over the road to the doctors surgery! Of which I'm not registered hence the need to see someone in the hospitals none existent A&E department.
