"cataract operations"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Hi , Although I had to wait 42 weeks for my first eye cataract operation my wife and I have now had both our cataract operations on both eyes completed. We are very, very happy with the results. my comments everybody we came in contact with were only to pleased to help us and keep us informed of what was happening. The Hull complaints department which I contacted due to waiting a log time and the booking appointments clerks again were first class. The eye surgeons were all first class maybe the odd one could have explained the procedures a little better but that could be due to their nationality And the best praise must go to the nurses on the sharp end were we all relied on them to keep us happy prior to the actual operations Any person waiting for a cataract operation may have no fears because you are in good hands Thank you Hull Eye Hospital dated 31/08/2014
