Dear Sir/Madam I do hope your mum is making good progress with her recovery now that she is home. Thanks so much for sharing your recent experience of care on ward 8. 'First class care from warm and friendly staff in a spotless environment' I have to say we're delighted with that description. These are exactly the standards we strive to achieve every day, and it really does mean everything to our staff to hear when they have got this exactly right for the patients they care for.
