"Waiting for an appointment"

About: Manor Hospital

I saw the doctor 1yr 2 months ago, I was told I would be sent another appointment as he wanted to see me within 10 weeks, I have telephone numerous times, when I can get through I am told I am on the waiting list for an appointment, 1 year and 2 months later, still with numerous telephone calls no appointment. Not happy.
