"Hmm confidential I don't think so"

About: Good Hope Hospital

My elderly relative was in Good Hope for some time. Her immediate family raised some concerns in a letter. The consultant then saw fit to discuss the complaint which was confidential on the ward in front of visitors and patients! He informed family members that he would offer only a one line response to their concerns. This is not what I would expect from a fellow professional.
