We were worried about my elderly father-in-law's arm which was swollen and hot. He told us it had got worse over a few days. We drove him to the centre which is next to the A&E at the hospital. This was at around 6.30pm on a Saturday.
He was seen promptly by a paramedic who checked him over thoroughly including temperature and BP. He was diagnosed and advised about treatment and we had him back home within the hour after calling at a chemist for medication.
It was an excellent service which left us feeling very confident about the centre - well done and thank you!
