"A and E visit on Bank Holiday Monday 25th August"

I went to A and E as I was experiencing severe knee pain and was struggling to bear weight on my right leg. On arrival there was a sign up stating that the waiting time was between 3 to 4 hours. There was a lot of moaning in the waiting room about how long people had been waiting, on talking to some of these people I have no doubt that a couple of them didn't really need to be in A and E but were just using it as it was easier than trying to get an appointment with their GP! I was seen within 1 hour & 45 minutes, I found the staff to be very polite efficient, and I left feeling extremely satisfied with the service.
