"Entrance disgrace"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

There are signs all over the place no smoking but there are people smoking everywhere . Patients staff and general public. There are drug addicts selling stuff outside the entrance. It's a disgrace compared to Whiston hospital. The staff are friendly enough but don't give out information regarding relatives I think this is not acceptable I understand they are busy. However information about a loved one is important and as a relative of someone in hospital a bit of information can be a comfort.
