"Nobody cares"

The most rediculous thing to see in A&E is the wait... I have been sitting there for hours just to get a pain killer for my toothache and am still waiting, I can't believe it's just seems like no body cares, so where should I go? Am still sitting there and God knows how long is it gonna take... The worse thing is there is no alternate to go. If you can't get satisfied from the biggest hospital in your area where can you go? Why the point of having and emergency department if I can't get an emergency treatment? So disappointed...
