"Problem on wards 11 and 12"

(as a relative),

I found the care absolutely dreadful. Some staff appeared uncaring and inefficient. Kept sending elderly relative home only to be re-admitted next day or within a week with a failed discharge.

Only time real care and compassion was given was when finally realised by ressuss needed surgery and was put on ward 16, all praise to this ward and the staff who can only be said to be brilliant and caring. Well done ward 16 good hope hospital
