What I liked

How helpful & nice every one was.

It was very new and clean.

What could be improved

Maybe different sign posting within the hospital. Did not understand how to get to the department i needed, but thankfully there was staff there who showed me directley to my department.

Anything else?

My son was there for a hearing test with the Audiology team. I have been back & forth with the BRI, and was still none the wiser. One visit to Calderdale and i feel at ease. Everything was explained, in great detail. My son is now awaiting for his opperation date. Thank you
