I was hospitalised for 15 days and found the food on offer much better than two years ago, when my son had to bring in three meals a day to make sure that I was not malnourished.
I am considering how best to nominate the catering staff for a Dignity in Care award, which they deserve. The key issue now is monitoring and awarding success.
