What could be improved

The queing system for taking blood is not working. I arrived at about 9:30 am - my ticket was no. 87 and they were on 32. everyone was fed up or anxiuos. Parking is limited and expensive in Altrincham - people were leaving to feed the meters or their blood pressure was soaring. Can people not at least book a slot to within 30 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes - for a 5 minute blood sample. Shocking I think. Giving a blood sample at Altrincham did not used to be such a poor service, What has happened? There is no reading material provided. The service falls way below the expectations of todays public.
