"Food Standards"

I am leaving this comment because of the hospital food standards mentioned. The food at the Royal Preston Hospital was ok but there were aspects that definitely need changing. For the evening meal they only provided sandwiches which I couldn't eat and didn't enjoy them at all. The bread was stale every day while I was in after surgery and I couldn't physically swallow it because it was so dry. The hospital needs to change this. I have no complaints about the care of the staff. They were short staffed when I was in and the nurses were very busy but they managed to look after everybody's needs. The staff at the RPH are very nice and I have never had the need to complain.
