Operation went very well.On the ward ,care very good inspite of staff being stretched to the limit.Staff shortage quite obvious.They work under extreme stress.Not a lot of time for reassurance or just a few kind words.

The Urology Staff were delighted to hear that your operation went well. Unfortunately on occasion we do have staff shortages, due to staff sickness and the department is aware of the pressure this puts on everyone concerned and thank you for your understanding.
