About: Bromley Healthcare / Long term conditions nursing team (Community Matrons, COPD and Heart Failure nurses)

(as the patient),

I always welcome a visit from any member of the COPD team. In this case it was Karen who came to visit and as always she asked about all aspects of my health and even made an appointment for me with my GP as she was concerned about the state of my legs as they were very swollen with two blood blisters which she dressed for me.

I find this to be a superb service and they are all to be congratulated for their interest in, and care for their patients.

I am pleased that our COPD service always provides a good service to you and it is always lovely to hear when a member of the team is individually identified! I will ensure that Karen sees your comments along with the rest of the team.
