I had a blood test at my doctors and was phoned a few days later. My husband took the call and was told they needed to speak to me. I phoned back and was told they didn't want to worry my husband but I needed the test repeated as my potassium level was high. Naturally I was very worried. I have very difficult veins and it is always a problem extracting blood which adds to my nervousness. I could not have had better treatment. A phlebotomist was so kind and reassuring I left feeling calm and reassured. Thank you
