About: Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

Has the NHS ever heard of the concept of 'Holiday cover'?? Apparently, I cannot get an appointment for urgent treatment because the lady who does the appointments is away on holiday. I cannot retrieve copies of an MRI scan because the Consultant hasn't seen them yet. ...& Guess what! His PA is on holiday too & the 'cover' is part-time....
