"Exceptional Minor Injuries Unit"

A truly exceptional service. From being greeted by a welcoming receptonist to being reviewed by a wonderful, friendly nurse practitioner and then on to X-ray where everything was explained clearly and with an apology for any discomfort, the whole experience was brilliant. As a visitor to the area I was made to feel welcome. Every step was explained to me and I received an assurance that the x-rays could be emailed to my local hospital if necessary. Thank you so much to all three members of staff.
